One year ago October 26th, I was grooming my mother for another nights sleep. I didn't know she would never wake up. I will never forget the rhythm of her heart beat as it slowed to a profound stop at 12:25am on October 27th. I love you my dear mother... Thank you for showing me that a mothers love never dies and that a mothers wisdom never stops teaching...

One could say I tailored my career such that she and my dad would have plenty to do in their later years.
